Created in December 28, 2018 and founded on the concept of volunteerism RCNS-HAITI is the unique NON-PROFIT Organization located in the North West part of Haiti with this kind of structure. Dedicated to advancing financial, health, and environmental education, our mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools to create sustainable community development. We stand on the values of excellence, accountability, and adaptability.
